Thank, interesting to read about Chinese think tanks. I get it that sensitive policy proposals often gave to be made in confidence. But I wish/hope Chinese think tanks would make their work much more transparent to the public, publish their research and major policy proposals and holding public seminars. Perhaps they already do and I am not familiar with their publications.
